Dealing with the challenges of this year… Grand Cross!

How is your internal/external world? Rocking? This year in particular in a truly interesting year, it is the year of element fire that transforms and transcends, with very intense summer!!!

June 26, 2010-- powerful full moon eclipse- astrologically, one of the most powerful eclipses in over 500 years!!!

This Eclipse shows a powerful Grand Cross configuration that can be a sign of great challenge. It will influence everyone's lives for the following six months. Align with this configuration, instead of opposing it. We are all going thru a major shift that started to be noticeable early this year for most of us and subtle noticed by only a few since 2008. Ancient prophets predicted these times of radical change, and astrologers have been very interested in this for a long time. Depending on the state of mind we can perceive these transformations as catastrophic or as new beginning of a new and better era for humanity, where a major shift in consciousness is happening.

If your world is shaking, you are not alone! The last past months, most of the people I know have experienced some sort of major transformation on different levels: injuries, divorces, losses of any kind etc.

My Internal world is rocking right now and external life seems pretty challenging. As I am approaching my travel dates to my Peru journey, the obstacles I am facing are big! I am surrendering to life’s challenges as they come and do more internal work to purge and cleanse for the years to come. Ayahuasca the medicine plant that transformed my life last year in Peru is testing me on the very deepest levels of my being right now and I am silently accepting the test with humbleness and patience.
The messages that I keep getting are: “do inner work” and “choose wisely”.

Is going through the pain of being human, part of the learning process of it? Maybe! Life is challenging, just be brave! And when you had too much on your plate just ask for help. Align with that Cosmic intelligence! …

MOVE and BREATH!
Don't sit in fear - get out and walk. Move it out. I mean really MOVE! You will be surprised what will happen to you!

What area of your body is weak? Meditate on it and strengthen it.

Today I did healing work on two very different people both having their solar plexus area weak. Fear resides in the solar plexus! I am not saying to achieve “six pack abs” too much of a core work can get one out of balance. Solar plexus is where our power resides, if it’s weak will invite fear in. If it’s tense it invites stress. Work it out with intelligence!

Also make a habit to scan your body and notice what area is weak or tense. Is your jaw tense right now? Is it? No really? Then soften your face, see how good it feels! If an area of your body or subtly body is week or tense, invite your breath into that area. Breath is yours, honor it, USE it! It is FREE after all. The “three part breathing” is one of the most powerful breathing techniques.

If you do not meditate, find time for it, start practicing yoga if you haven’t done so, it’s one of the most powerful gifts you can give to yourself.

MEDITATE AND MOVE! MOVE AND MEDITATE! Move the stagnant energy and meditate on internal peace! If things go crazy stay in the flow, accept and surrender to life!

Smile! Genuinely! You might be surprised what a smile does to your brain!

Instead of focusing to the "bad" in any form that happens, look for the gift or blessing in it.

Solar Eclipse and New Moon July 2010 in Peru

Next New Moon, July 11, 2010 is also a powerful solar eclipse- imagine double new Moon energy - doubling the intention and POWER! An eclipse seems to stop time and speak directly to our soul!

The beginning of our Peru sacred journey starts miraculously on July 11, 2010 - the solar eclipse and new moon! We’ll be trekking the Peru mountains with the shamans, spending time in the nature to set powerful intentions and do our offerings to Pacha Mama (Mother Earth) ending with a powerful despacho! It will be intense, in fact the whole journey will be intense! No wonder why I was called this time of the year for my second round of Ayahuasca experience!

Since I came from Peru last November, I have been experiencing a tremendous transformation with more doors opening for me. Working with the medicine plants Ayahuasca and San Pedro is not easy, however they taught me to go deeper into my own self and clear more that no longer served me, I learned that being humble makes one more powerful, I learned to let go of fake ego, creating my own success differently bringing more peace and joy into my life. I now understand what is important and priority in my life, detach from others drama with wisdom and compassion, focusing more on spiritual maturity and integrity.

The entire Peru journey is a firm commitment: to the medicine plant‘s teaching, commitment to self and own spiritual path. It is not an entertaining journey although the beauty of the mountains and pristine nature can make one drift away!

Experiencing Ayahuasca makes one see clear deep into the spirit world which is not a far away dimension-- it is right here, only if we could see it clear. Ayahuasca is a spiritual vehicle. It opens the eyes and ears to see and hear the spirit in much depth. I have myself experienced increased telepathic communication, allowing me to see beyond time and space and deeper wisdom and intuition after working with the plant, all in time. It made me more aware of my surroundings and align deeper with Mother Earth.

Ayahuasca gives us information, she is a master teacher, a tough one, she is not suited for everyone -- only for that are willing to go deeper and work on themselves at very deep levels. The shamans that we will be working with are authentic and hold sacred space for us in a very loving way. The icaros - songs are the language that the shamans and the plants speak --allowing the plant to penetrate deeper to our very own essence, keeping us supported during the ceremony. After a few months coming back form Peru, I have noticed that the plant have changed me in ways that I didn’t expect, I could hear the icaros in my mind and smell the plant knowing that the plant kept working on me in very subtle miraculous ways.


I didn’t know why I was so mesmerized by Stings’s “desert Rose” song. I found out that he went to the Amazonian jungle himself to work with the shamans and ayahuasca. Since his ayahuasca sessions, Sting has helped save a good portion of the rainforest, the size of Switzerland. The plant probably called on him to help save the plants.

I was invited to a breath work immersion that really works in perfect harmony with Ayahuasca, later to find out the breath facilitators were also experiencing the powers of the plant.


Successful work with Ayahuasca requires will, self control and focus. The plants speak in many different ways. Often they work subtly and slowly in “plant time”, sometimes miraculously fast.

About our Sacred Journey
On this sacred journey we will be holding very deep space and support one another. The shamans we'll be working with are very talented and open to work with the light workers of the West; they take their work very seriously, maintain a special diet and clean their spiritual space before, during and after the plant ceremonies. We will be operating from our multiple states of awareness during the whole journey.

The place where we'll be staying in Sacred Valley of the Incas is a very sophisticated yet simple and organic place that really makes you feel connected to Pachamama (Mother Earth). The Sacred Valley has been a source of spiritual renewal and exploration for thousands of years. The retreat is located at the base of a waterfall beneath trees and surrounded by organic gardens. Fresh herbs and vegetables are gathered for tasty meals and medicines. A variety of birds visit this place including many large magical hummingbirds that can only be found in Peru.

We highly recommend that you begin your preparation work three weeks before the trip and continue two weeks after Peru trip. The work we'll be doing is very powerful and the medicine acts as a cleanser at deep levels of the physical body as well as subtle bodies. If the body and subtle bodies (other energetic bodies) are toxic the medicine plant will be focusing on that first, so it is important to maintain your body (s) clean before working with the plant. The suggestions for cleansing the body are: eliminate or minimize the amount of caffeine, alcohol, meat (in particular red meat), (it is not hard to go vegetarian for a few weeks), white vinegar, sugar, spicy foods, heavy sodium, or any other toxic substances (drugs etc). Also it is recommended to harness your sexual energy. Set straight intention and take time to meditate, to center yourself and make the whole journey a pleasant and powerful one.

The medicine plant: Ayahuasca - the “Channel to the Invisible World

Ayahuasca allows the shaman to enter other dimensions where powerful healings, clairvoyance, initiations, ancestral knowledge exchange and communications with the plant, animal and spirit world is possible.

Ayahuasca is a cleansing medicine plant that works on different levels: it is a purge that cleanses the body from its toxins, it also frees the mind from different psychological traumas and is a tool to work on mankind's inner development. Diets are very important in the use of Ayahuaska and during ceremonies.

Master Healers who are initiated to use the “icaros” or Sacred Healing Chants to which they have access through the use of the Master Plant conduct these ceremonies.

San Pedro (Hachuma) -- "visionary plant"

This Sacred Plant has been used for thousands of years by ancestral cultures and is one of the oldest magical plants from South America, where it grows in the mountains of the Andes. The effects of San Pedro are quite similar to that of peyote, but the spirit of San Pedro is more tranquil and in a certain way more friendly, and works especially healing and balancing on all the fluids in our body and also on our emotions, for example, it has strong anti-depressive and therapeutic qualities. The plant gives colorful visions and opens the heart in a very gentle and loving way.

Huachuma offers the option to some individuals to operate a connection with Archetypes and Dominant Forces of the Higher Collective Spiritual Consciousness. This powerful medicine can lead to states of Consciousness in which unconscious complexes deeply rooted within the human being, can be dissolved. However, in order to really obtain beneficial effects, it is necessary that its use should be complemented with techniques of psychic and spiritual mastery, which allow the achievement of a re-elaboration and re-integration of the altered state of consciousness which the person who has ingested the medicine has been lead to.

A valid passport with at least 6 months validity is required. Feet Chakra Balancing

Ungrounded? Unearthed? Please raise your hands!

Well…Feet are the most vulnerable part of our body that have roots into the earth.


All energy comes from the Source and not from own being.

Not only they keep us grounded and connected to earth, but they create a protective filed around feet that will block the intrusion of unwanted energies (entities) into our energy filed. It also seems that once we unblock feet energy centers we can work on balancing the root chakra (where kundalini shakti resides) that is associated with abundance, grounding, instinct, security, manifestation, stability…

Usually women that are sensitive/empaths deal with a lot of ungrounding issues and the answer to this is of course earthing.

The flow of energy passes from chakra to chakra and the foot chakra is an important center because we draw energy from Earth into our chakra system. Feet chakras are not only the main centers of vitality and grounding they are also centers of detoxification as energy travels from upper chakras to lower chakras and then down into the earth where energy is being recycled. An imbalanced (blocked) foot chakra will affect people negatively, will become portals of psychic attacks, in particular earthbound spirits.

　
Eastern meditators and yogis spend a lot of time sitting, allowing them a greater connection with the Earth through their root (base of spine) chakra. What about westerners? Unless we meditate a lot or walk barefoot in the nature it’s hard to ground ourselves. Daily I go to my backyard and spend some time bare foot honoring the Earth and salute the sun. Feels very good but it seems is not enough…

So, during one of my high spirited meditations the Eureka! moment happened: Happy FEET CHAKRA BALANCERS (orgone)!!! Those orgones pack a serious root-down punch! I did as you suggested and placed them under my feet for about twenty minutes, but first I held them in my hands and noticed some mid-level temperature shifts and a comforting sense of being pulled in the 'right' direction. Hi Lilly, I got them yesterday (Tuesday just like you said). Interesting thing happened when i first opened it up. I put one in my hand and my hand had pulsing feeling to it. I removed it and it went away. Put it back in my hand and my hand was pulsing again. Crazy! While doing homework i put my feet on them and i noticed that the top part of my feet became red a little discomfort was felt as well; most likely a detox affect. I also wore them last night...and woke up with some red spots on my body( like acne; my body is normally clear of acne). Start by rubbing your hands slowly and then let the energy from the universe come into the center of your palms, take few deep and gentle breaths while your palms start charging with energy. You should feel the energy in the palms, if not don't worry, with practice it will come.

Start by touching your hair and say out loud or in your mind "I love my hair" "I am blessing my hair now" then do the same for your head, brain, forehead, ears, eyes, nose, mouth, chin, jaw, throat, neck, arms, fingers, heart, internal organs , liver, stomach, intestines, etc, legs calves, feet, toes... After you've completed those loving statements focus on the body parts where you feel tension or have an injury and repeat three times "I love my (the tensioned or injured body part)".
Finish with a huge smile hugging yourself saying

"I love myself, I love myself, I love myself". "I am loved, I am loved, I am loved". Feel the beautiful flow of energy into your body and heart.
You'll notice how your frequency increases. The beautiful sensation should stay with you throughout the day. Use that strong emotion that feels your heart tingly when you affirm those loving statements.

People that come into our lives to annoy, irriate, agravate us are sent to us to show our true self. How do we react to them? We sometimes need to be provoked in order to understand what dweels deep inside us.

How to deal with shifting energies (from own experience):

If you are caught in an argument or feel depressed:

Take long deep breaths, keep your tongue against the upper palate, do pranayama- (the yogic science of breath): close the right nostril and breath through your left, this way the yin (feminine/moon channel) activates and keeps you calm.

Water!!! drink lots of water, the body has a tendency to get dehydrated during those intense times.

Avoid spicy foods during those times as they aggravate the "fire within" (fire is good for digestion, balance and keeps the heart warm but if it gets out of balance, it can become destructive)
